Do you see children and teens?

Yes. We provide primary care and mental health services for patients of all ages, including children and adolescents, often in partnership with parents/guardians.

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. All patient information, including mental health records, is protected under HIPAA and handled with strict confidentiality.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Use our online appointment request form, or call our office directly. New and returning patients are both welcome.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical or mental health records if available.

Do you offer telehealth visits?

Yes, select visit types โ€” including certain medication management follow-ups โ€” may be available via telehealth. Ask our team when scheduling.

What if I don't have insurance?
